Chance of Change is a community based non-profit organization that focuses on prevention and rehabilitation. We specialize in many services such as job readiness, mentoring, mental support, community service, tutoring, and etc. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, or sexual orientation.
